1. Eligibility for Refund

 

Before field work begins: If Client cancels prior to commencement of field work, a refund will be issued by the original payment method or by check payable to Client only, at the address provided in this Agreement. A 10% cancellation fee will be retained by Surveyor.

After field work begins: If cancellation occurs after field work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

2. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued by the original payment method or, if mutually agreed, by check payable to Client only, at the address originally provided.

3. Cancellation Fee

A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

​

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

​

5. Non-Refundable Items

Any third-party fees or government filing charges (including, but not limited to, county filing fees) are non-refundable.
